And if I have it (surcode)?
Or instead starting from a lossless track like DTSMA, finishing in an AC3 track, what command line should I have to use to obtain a different framerate (besides classics "speedup" and "slowdown" settings)?

Hello.
How can I convert a DTS from 24 fps to 23.976, using eac3to, preserving the best quality?

I know the 2 basic eac3to line-commands "slowdown" and "speedup" for the 23.976->25 / 25-> 23.976 conversion, but starting from 24, I don't really know where to begin.
