This post will be updated as better information is found.  Please contribute your own review for business phone findings and corrections for pbx or ip phones.  I have found many references on the net that may not be correct.

My findings VoIP for best credit cards for a(T-mobile G1 /w CyanogenMod 4.2.7.1):

H.264 (x264 rev 1352)
  • Framerate: 23.976 fps works (29.97 failed, 25 should work, but more testing needed)
  • Profile: Baseline (no CABAC, b-frames, weightp, cqm, or 8x8dct)
  • References: 7 or less (8 or more failed)
  • Max Bitrate: At least 1Mbit (600k stated in link above, but have had no problems with higher)
  • vbv-maxrate: Unknown
  • vbv-bufsize: Unknown

AAC-LC

HE-AAC

WMA

*** Update. Driod has a new program called HD X that allows you to easily adit vodeo recording. Its awesome.
