Encoder GUIs / StaxRip: x264 features, other tools

Hi,
are there any plans to release a new StaxRip version with updates toolchain (x264, mkvtoolnix, mp4box, ...) and possibly use 64-bit version for some of them?
are there any plans to support the --qpfile switch of x264 automatically. the QPF file could be automatically generated from the chaptersfile supplied e.g. by DVD Decrypter, with is already automatically used in muxing.
