My findings VoIP for best credit cards for a(T-mobile G1 /w CyanogenMod 4.2.7.1):
H.264 (x264 rev 1352)
- Framerate: 23.976 fps works (29.97 failed, 25 should work, but more testing needed)
- Profile: Baseline (no CABAC, b-frames, weightp, cqm, or 8x8dct)
- References: 7 or less (8 or more failed)
- Max Bitrate: At least 1Mbit (600k stated in link above, but have had no problems with higher)
- vbv-maxrate: Unknown
- vbv-bufsize: Unknown

WMV
AAC-LC
HE-AAC
WMA

*** Update. Driod has a new program called HD X that allows you to easily adit vodeo recording. Its awesome.
